Developers Sold A Total Of 952 Units In May 2019
Developers sold a total of 952 units of Private New Condominium Units (Excluding ECs) for the month of May. This is a 29.5% increase month-on-month compared to 735 units in April 2019.
The top 5 best selling new launches for May 2019 are Amber Park, Parc Komo, The Woodleigh Residences, The Florence Residences and Treasure At Tampines. Amber Park was the top selling developemt with a total of 155 units sold at an average price of $2,475.
Developers launched a total of 1,394 units (excluding ECs) for the month of May. This was a 214.0% m-o-m upswing as compared to April when there were only 444 units being launched. On a yearly comparison, this was a 31.5% y-o-y increase in the number of units launched, as compared to 1,060units in 2018. Evaluating from a market segment standpoint, out of the 1,394 units that were launched, 54.8% of the units were from the RCRsegment. While 35.2% and 10.0% of the units launched were from the OCR and the CCR segments.
