Guocoland acquires Casa Meyfort for S$319.99M in a collective sale deal.
This freehold residential land along Meyer Road sits on a size of 85,249 square feet in the frontline of the seafront. It was completed in the 90s and housed 76 apartment units.
What is interesting about this deal is that it was closed before the 2018 cooling measures were implemented and it is thus expected that this development will be priced sensitively.
One would not expect any less from reputable GuocoLand.
