Payment Scheme
Normal Payment Scheme (NPS)
Also known as Progressive Payment Scheme, this scheme allows you to make scheduled payments as the development is being built. Only upon the completion of each stage will you be required to make payment or if you are servicing your purchase through a bank loan, monthly instalments will be drawn down progressively stage by stage as the property is being built.
